2704 Polk St A, Houston, TX 77003Redevelop space planning, programming, storage, design, and dining elements in an existing restaurant space. Space planning needed to incorporate a waiting area to improve the dining experience, and maintain the current seat count.

The back half of the restaurant offered zero natural lighting or windows and was therefore undesirable to restaurant patrons. Using custom millwork, shelving, seating, and lighting, the space was reimagined as a wam, wood-clad den that also offered increased storage.
